Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your kids to love every Sunlight Kidsbook. If a book arrives damaged, or it just isn't the right fit, you can return it for a refund. This page explains exactly how returns and refunds work.

How our books are sold

Sunlight Kidstitles are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. When you tap “Buy on Amazon” anywhere on this site, your order, payment, shipping, and any returns are handled securely by Amazon. Because of this, returns and refunds are governed by Amazon's Returns & Refunds Policy.

Return window

Most new books can be returned within 30 days of delivery under Amazon's standard return policy. Books should be returned in their original condition. Amazon may apply specific conditions or exceptions, which are shown on your order and in Amazon's policy linked above.

How to start a return

  1. Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders.
  2. Find your Sunlight Kids book and select Return or replace items.
  3. Choose a reason and your preferred refund or replacement.
  4. Follow Amazon's instructions to print a prepaid return label (when offered) and send the book back.

If your book arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also email us at hello@sunlightkids.com so we can make it right and improve future printings.

Refunds

Once Amazon receives and inspects your returned book, your refund is issued to your original payment method. Amazon typically processes refunds within a few business days of receiving the return, though it can take up to two weeks for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. You can track the status of any refund in Your Orders on Amazon.

Return shipping costs

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For other returns, any return shipping cost is set by Amazon and shown when you start the return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Free printables and digital downloads

The printables offered free on this site are digital downloads provided at no charge, so there is nothing to return or refund. We do not currently sell any paid digital products or subscriptions.
